- LOFT -

FEATURES: The loft, also known as the makers space, underwent a hefty renovation in 2021. The space is perched on our fourth floor with great views looking over down town Middleburg through the gorgeous, original arched windows. This space has served many purposed over the last 75 years. Most recently, Loudoun County Parks & Rec. leased the space as a preschool for 30 years up until 2018. Previous to that, it served as space for sock hops in the 50's, teen dances, a casual game of pool, Boy Scout and Girl Scout meetings, CPR & First aid training classes, ballet and ballroom dance classes, and more!

During the recent renovation in partnership,, we took a dated, empty space and updated it top to bottom! The room now boasts chic design, fresh paint, all new lighting, and it is fully equipped with lounge furniture, bar heigh farm tables, a luxury checkin entry room, plenty of counter space for food, wine, art, and more & a bathroom. Depending on the event, the furniture can be adjusted to fit your needs.

ACCOMMODATES: Up to 40 people depending on setup.

USAGE: Small receptions, meetings, dinner parties, cocktail parties, art galleries, lectures, classroom, bridal / baby/birthday parties, book clubs, art classes, poetry ....or where ever you're creativity takes you!
